GETTING STARTED IS EASY

1. Request an invitation
Once we receive your request, we'll review your account info and begin the enrollment process.
2. Set up your account
Once your account has been approved, we will send you a link with instructions on how to integrate PoweredBy eJuices.com with your online store.
3. Start adding products
After your store is integrated, you're ready to access our product catalog and where you are able to import any or all of our products.

Q: I just got my first order! What do I do now?
A: All you need to do it pay the invoice that is generated and sent to you and then sit back and relax; PoweredByeJuices.com will handle the fulfillment. The Mothership Connect app will automatically grab the order and send it to us. We'll ship the order out and then the tracking number will flow back through the Mothership connect app and will be added to your Shopify order. Your Shopify shipment notification will be sent to the customer automatically.
Q: How does this ‘Powered by eJuices.com’ work?
A: PoweredBy eJuices.com leverages the Mothership Connect app to create a seamless integration between our Shopify store and yours. This allows you to sell our entire catalog with fast, automatic, white-label fulfillment.
Q: Which shopping carts does Powered By eJuices.com integrate with?
A: Mothership Connect has a one-click integration with Shopify (including Shopify POS). Mothership Connect will have a 1 click integration with most other popular online shopping carts in the future and also has an API which can be used to custom integrate with any system today. Q: With Powered by eJuices.com, can I continue to sell my own products on my website?
A: Yes, and it’s easy. You can add as many of our products as you'd like and you can sell them in addition to your own products.
Q: Can I run sales or promotions on these products?
A: Yes. You are in control. On PoweredBy eJuices.com, you can run promotions and discounts on your website and through your POS. You'll know the cost of each item, you set the price.
Q: What is the shipping cost of an average order?
A: Orders shipping within the US will ship for free from PoweredBy eJuices.com. *With exception to the state of Washington where we must require signature on delivery. You can view each rates for all shipping zones inside the Mothership Connect app.
Q: How quickly will my orders get shipped?
A: Most orders placed before 4PM PST are shipped the same day. Most orders placed after 4PM PST will be shipped the following day. We ship 7 days a week!
Q: Can I include my own branding on my orders?
A: Absolutely. You are able to upload a company logo that will appear on the packing slip of your orders that get shipped to your customers.
Q: How much does the service cost?
A: PoweredBy eJuices.com is absolutely free. Normally there is a fee to connect with drop-ship suppliers via the Mothership Connect app but PoweredBy eJuices.com has you covered, we'll cover the fees.
Q: What do I need to get started?
A: To get started with Powered by eJuices.com, you'll need a Shopify store (alternate shopping carts will be supported with a 1 click integration soon), an age-verification app and a merchant processing account.
Q: What if I want to use PoweredBy eJuices.com, but I do not have a website or the other necessary items?
A: No problem! Check out our Get Started Guide where we will walk you or simply send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to determine your needs and help guide you on getting set up with all of the necessary components.
Q: How does payment work?
A: You're running your own online store, you take payment from your customer for the order and then we invoice you for the items that we will fulfill.
