A: A: All you need to do it pay the invoice that is generated and sent to you and then sit back and relax; PoweredByeJuices.com will handle the fulfillment. The Mothership Connect app will automatically grab the order and send it to us. We'll ship the order out and then the tracking number will flow back through the Mothership connect app and will be added to your Shopify order. Your Shopify shipment notification will be sent to the customer automatically.

Q: How does this ‘Powered by eJuices.com’ work?

A: A: PoweredBy eJuices.com leverages the Mothership Connect app to create a seamless integration between our Shopify store and yours. This allows you to sell our entire catalog with fast, automatic, white-label fulfillment.

Q: Which shopping carts does Powered By eJuices.com integrate with?

A: A: Mothership Connect has a one-click integration with Shopify (including Shopify POS). Mothership Connect will have a 1 click integration with most other popular online shopping carts in the future and also has an API which can be used to custom integrate with any system today. Q: With Powered by eJuices.com, can I continue to sell my own products on my website?

A: Yes, and it’s easy. You can add as many of our products as you'd like and you can sell them in addition to your own products.

Q: Can I run sales or promotions on these products?

A: A: Yes. You are in control. On PoweredBy eJuices.com, you can run promotions and discounts on your website and through your POS. You'll know the cost of each item, you set the price.

Q: What is the shipping cost of an average order?

A: The cost of shipping is free except for (i) expedited or international orders, (ii) for domestic orders that are directed to addresses that are not recognized by the United States Postal Service, or (iii) orders that require special shipping procedures due to local or state regulations, in which such cases Retailer shall pay the shipping costs

Q: How quickly will my orders get shipped?

A: Most orders placed before 4PM PST are shipped the same day. Most orders placed after 4PM PST will be shipped the following day. We ship 7 days a week!

Q: What will the packing slips look like?

A: PoweredByeJuices.com Packing slips are very generic. They will not have any information on them aside from the customers shipping address and the items that they ordered. The package will have our Las Vegas return address in case the package is undeliverable.

Q: How much does the service cost?

A: PoweredBy eJuices.com is absolutely free, although the Mothership Connect app does charge $49/month. PoweredBy eJuices.com, will cover the 2.5% transactional fees.

Q: What do I need to get started?

A: To get started with Powered by eJuices.com, you'll need a Shopify store (alternate shopping carts will be supported with a 1 click integration soon), an age-verification app and a merchant processing account.

Q: What if I want to use PoweredBy eJuices.com, but I do not have a website or the other necessary items?

Q: How does payment work?

A: You're running your own online store, you take payment from your customer for the order and then we invoice you for the items that we will fulfill.
